I had ordered a ring with hair add ons and sent the breast milk and hair to the address. I was informed nearly 2 months later she didn't receive the hair, and when I asked her to check the mailer cause it was small and I stuffed it all the way to the bottom I was snapped at. I took pictures while packing the stuff to make sure it was all sent, and knew she had received the hair. But I sent new hair anyways, grateful I didn't send her all of the original hair from my children's first hair cuts. After 2 month I checked on the process again cause I was told it was almost done, and was told I was being impatient. Her story kept changing with the status of the ring, and I ended up filing a claim with *******to just get a refund. I agreed for her to send me the ring, unfinished and would find someone else to finish it. She then informed me she wouldn't send the second hair I sent back cause she had started processing it already, then refused to refund the added on cost for the same reason, meaning I spent those extra dollars on literally nothing, plus the additional shipping to send her more hair. When the ring came it wasn't in the condition she led me to think and I continued my claim with ******* I won the case, but was requested I return the ring to her. I didn't want the ring after the negative experience, but it made me wonder what was to be done with my preserved breast milk. I would not order from Zoey, and pray no mama who wants to preserve ashes attempts to use her. I ordered a new ring from A Mother's Touch Keepsake and the experience was phenomenal.
