Zero?? Review I had an appointment for my ACURA TLX on February 15 for my car’s transmission oil flush which was successfully done. Yesterday February 16th I received a call that I have a RECALL on my car fuel pump that needs a software update. I authorized it. A couple of hours later I received a call addressing us that there was an issue with the car all the lights on the dashboard came ON. The technician blamed my car that it was a salvage title car so it is having the issues Huh!? after visiting an Acura dealer? so-called professional! There was no issue since I had the car and there were no lights except for the SRS light on my dashboard. when they did complete the transmission flush, it all started with my recall software update all just came up all of a sudden now the dashboard is blinking like a Christmas tree. I requested a call from the manager and this person named Jeremy the district manager, called with a terrible attitude. Instead of helping me, he started blaming me for this car as it was, I quote him, “this car belongs to a junkyard” and all the issues were my fault and asked me to get diagnosed with payment upfront ?? he have the guts and I do have an audio recording everything it will go on the social media. I told him I’m not gonna pick up the car until it was fixed and he threatened me and said, “I’m gonna start charging you the storage fee from today and after 30 days I’m gonna send this car to the auction and won’t see my car again.” I want to inform you that I'm not a person who doesn’t know about cars posting this review. I have a shop and have experience with cars and their issues and causes of the issues and.

Jeremy said if u have a shop, why did I bring in the car transmission flush why couldn’t you do it yourself wow! it seems like he didn’t want my business. This is terrible business ethic where he was blaming me for a problem he caused and he wanted me to spend a few thousand dollars for getting that work done after him messing up my car. Later I spoke to Riley Thompson who was the general manager he apologized for Jeremy’s behavior but also said they can’t do anything that all. This is the WORST business ethic I have seen from a huge company this is not how you get work done and earn business from the customer. I’m still waiting on a call from CEO Mr. ******
