      As other reviews have said, if I could give BP Gamma 0 stars I would gladly do so. Their customer service is atrocious, employees (especially Shannon their ************) are incredibly off-putting, and after months of phone calls I am still unable to get my issue resolved. Their standard operating procedures seem to be to continue running their customers in circles and pointing the finger of problems at other departments until their customer gives up. Stay as far away from this company as you possibly can at all costs.

      This is the worse company to deal with. You pay them off, then they keep sending bills. They keep trying to say oh we billed your insurance again, for a product that is paid off. wish there was a way to give them no star at all for the review

      I received equipment that I didn’t order. I returned it unopened and never used to them; however they continued to send me bills. I repeated emailed and called to try to have it resolved with no success. No one in authority returns calls and email replies are boilerplate messages saying we received your email. After nearly seven months of trying and them threatening to send it to a collection agency I decided it was better to pay the bill than risk a ding on my credit. But I feel it’s a total scam. I am irate at having to put out money for something I didn’t order and didn’t use.

      The company that bought BP Gamma ( Rotech) somehow found a way to be a WORSE company than BP Gamma, which I've given 2 stars in the past! The customer service would rather argue with, and treat their chronically ill, possibly terminally ill disabled PATIENTS with less concern and compassion than someone would get returning lumber at a Home Depot. They refuse to speak on the phone, with patients or insurance companies to resolve issues, send nasty letters demanding equipment be returned because they can't get their billing invoices corrected for the insurance company and have a cavalier attitude about patient/client needs, and their own mistakes( like sending the wrong supplies or not sending supplies for a year). Avoid these companies if you don't like stress!
