10 months ago, I hired this company to do a repair on my AC System all seemed well till the tech kept trying to up-sell services...I politely declined they did the AC compressor and line filter (which was an up-sale) and Dual capacitor (which once again was an up-sale) everything went well so I thought. 2 days ago I call them up and let them know that i'm having issues with my compressor again Cesar says I can send a tech out for a service charge.... I asked why is it not a warranty call since i have a one year warranty and on parts and labor....He says it might not be that it might be something else on the unit......I'm in shock that he would do it that way but I agree to have his tech out ! the tech gets here and starts to claim theres a leak, even tho he was the one who installed the compressor and tested for leaks at that time ! so he test my system again and says there is no leaks the the unit just needs less then a pound of freon which is an additional 140 dollars I agree to it so I can get my AC working... after he fills the unit up to spec - it's still not working to say the least! I ask him to warranty the part that we all know is failing which is the compressor and Cesar started saying I would have to talk to the company where A/C HV4U LLC purchased the compressor to verify that they wont do it unless it a certain reason----Like being defective and making a loud noise is not a good enough reason! I have another AC company coming to fix what should be under A/C-HV4U LLC Warranty.....also found out they are not Licensed to work on my unit in the first place ! Be very Careful Hiring this company !!!
