Manager Renard K is the worst manager in hospitality that I have ever encountered! I scheduled a to-go order to be ready at 1pm. I arrived at the curbside area at 1:15. I waited in my car for 10 minutes. To-go employees came in and out that door and my order that was supposed to be ready now 25 minutes ago still hasn't been brought out. I tell the employee my name and ask about my food. He says to stay in my car and it'll be brought to me. I waited in my car for another 5 minutes before getting fed up and went inside to speak with a manager. I calmly explain what has occurred to manager Renard and he just says, "hold on" while he retrieves my food (that took 5 minutes). The food (wings) was room temp and soggy. I showed him the wings and expressed how displeased I am at the fact that I had to wait over 10 minutes for an order that I pre-ordered AND when I finally get the food it’s not even hot! He then takes them from me and starts walking to the back WITHOUT even asking me if I even wanted a new order! I tell him I still want the wings (I was on my lunch break and had to get back) He says I'll be right back. He comes back out 8 minutes later with new wings which at this point my lunch is OVER and I don't even have time to eat! I tell him that I would like my money back. He nonchalantly says ok and then goes back into the back for 5 more minutes before he comes back to say it'll go back on my card. No apologies, no offering to make things right, nothing. I wish he would have listened to me before taking my wings back initially because I still wanted to eat them! Because of him I was late getting back to work and could not eat any lunch! I understand how mistakes can be made, but what really angered me about this whole ordeal was the lack of empathy, and no apology for the mistakes of the staff whatsoever! I filed a complaint on their website and I was supposed to hear from someone within 48 hours but its been over a month and no response!
