I was playing at a craps table when i was rudely interrupted by the player rolling the dice that I was moving too slow for them and that "they were rolling the dice" so I told them that I was picking up my money that was won and placing a bet and they proceeded to go back and fourth with me about how I need to listen to them because he's rolling the dice. So I reminded him that I can do whatever i want to so with my money on the table which made him upset and I approached him to tell him once i again that I can do whatever I want with my money & I was forced to be removed from the casino for defining myself by casino staff & Michael M. the Security Shift Manager who told me i needed to leave without listening to me when i told him that i was defending myself from the other person who was badgering and verbally accusing me of being too slow to pick ip my money. Mr. M. was extremely unprofessional when he was personally speaking to me when the man from the craps table once again approached me trying to fight me and threaten to beat me up outside. Mr. M. immediately told me that i was required to leave the casino but due to the altercation but I repeatedly asked him why an i being told to leave and he did not provide any reason why and just said i needed to leave the casino. I am extremely disappointed in the Maryland Live Casino and Mr. M. behavior as he did not listen to me when I was speaking my concerns about the person that was rudely speaking to me at the craps table and I am also not pleased yo have been removed from the casino for defending myself against a disreputable casino customer who was able to get away with talk to me in a disreputable manner. Mr. M. should be disciplined for the way he interacted with me and held responsible for making me feel unwelcome in the casino when i did nothing wring to the person who was disrespectful to me when playing at the craps table.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/01/05) */ This complaint is totally inaccurate. Three people were involved in an on property altercation. All three were directed to leave the premises. When one refused, Anne Arundel County Police were called. They were able to convince the third person to leave the premises. Live! is committed to ensuring the property is a safe and enjoyable one for all of our guests.
