    I had an $800 Air iPad package to be delivery to my address with the confirmed tracking number since June 10-June-17, 2022. I downloaded UPS on my iPhone and kept tracking to my order. Nevertheless, the UPS came to my building and the package was confirmed to me that it was on the truck so he contact the driver and the driver confirmed my package on his truck for delivery on June 13 at 7:00pm. I waited and I waited and never received my package. So I had file file a case with OIG and police report. Whomever, the driver is he had no intention to driver my package once he found out what was in the package. Now I can’t even track my package anymore since Friday June 17, 2022. I did take screen of the tracking before they allowed me to stop seeing my tracking and process of my package. I had to contact Apple to informed them I never received my package. Apple HQ, is investigating the shipping package to determine the delivery date. They could see June 15, and now it’s Friday June 17 and no package. On Tuesday I contact UPS and spoken to Manager and she had the wrong name called me somebody else and then she stated that it’s must be loss or stolen. Nevertheless, I couldn’t believe what was coming out her mouth without her checking for my package with my request. I have all my receipts to my purchase on May 8, 2022 at the Apple Store in Bethsda MD. I had contact OIG and today I will file a report with police due to my products being over $800. UPS, had just had a lawsuit March 2022 they have settled for $5.3 million for international packages changing date and time on packages this public information but yet they are still doing the same thing nationally. They need to be investigated to the fullest in the past I has package stolen in (2019) and (2020). I requested to pick up my package at the Apple Store in MD. This company has dishonest worker and several times doesn’t delivery your packages at all. UPS need to be held accountable for their action.
