              waited at home twice on the same day 4-3 but technician didn't reach us, left. Made three calls finally rescheduled the second appointment and left the front door open to make sure he knew we were home.

              I have been a long time customer and am beyond disappointed in how this week went. Monday I called for service when I noticed the fan on our handler not spinning and temps inside rising. We were scheduled for Wednesday between 12:00-4:00 and I called at 2:00 just to be on the safe side and was told yes we were on the schedule and had been confined. It was 93 in our house and my young kids and I waited there to meet the technician. By 3:30 I called back and was told that I was not on the schedule. No explanation. The call center submitted 3 tickets to the manager on Wednesday afternoon and I called again on Thursday morning and another ticket was submitted for the manager to call me. I asked her to also schedule another appointment since I didn’t want to miss the next available should that be all I was given. NO MANAGER EVER CALLED ME BACK! To add fuel to my fire, I just got a confirmation call and text saying that my appointment was for Saturday not Friday! As a fellow business owner this all blows my mind. Shame on you One Hour Air Conditioning - one mistake ok, but this??!! NOT OK

              I will not disagree with this client. This appears to be a client that fell through the cracks and it is unfortunate. I have and will continue to look into the breakdown of our processes. Once done, I will be reaching out to the client.
