Most of the unanswered complaints allege unreceived orders after payment and poor customer service when attempting to address these concerns. Over the course of the investigation, BBB discovered the following:

            As of 6/20/2023, the business could not be reached to confirm the business location, verify competency licensing, or identify key operating personnel. Also, the business has not provided a formal response or action plan to address the unanswered complaints on file.

            I ordered a dress from the sugar rose boutique 4/11 thinking it was from the US. I bought the dress to wear for one of two occasions but both passed so I wrote to them on 6/4. 6/5 I got a response telling me it was coming from China and to give it some more time (if I knew that, I wouldn't have bought it.) I've emailed since and now I'm not getting ANY response.

            Terrible! Ordered 2 items. Only received 1. After 3 mos of back and forth emails consisting of “your item is en route from China but we cannot provide a tracking number,” I finally disputed the transaction for the cost of the item that I never received. I am now 4 mos post-ordering the dresses, the second one never arrived, and this boutique sent fraudulent information to my credit card company indicating that both items were shipped together (and provided proof of delivery of the shipment). Fortunately, I saved the email I received from them indicating that only 1 item was contained in the shipment, as well as all of their emails indicating the item was in transit (well after the delivery date they told my credit card company I received both items). Do not purchase from them!
