My name is Dina A******. I would like share my bad experience at 4&Co Salon. On 12/19/2021, I went in to see a hairstylist named Roxy. It was my first time going to the salon, I heard good reviews and decided to give them a try. My hair didn’t turn out the way I asked, and I had to leave that way because they were closing soon. The hairstylist Roxy, offered to get my color corrected another day and I was ok with that. She scheduled me for 12/24/21 at 1:00pm. On 12/24/21 I received a text that Roxy was not feeling well, and my appointment was canceled. I contacted Roxy and asked if someone else could do my hair because I didn’t want to keep waiting to get my hair color corrected. She asked me to call the salon but I told her it was better if she called because I didn’t want any misunderstandings as I wasn’t going to be paying to get my hair corrected. She confirmed by message that I wasn’t going to pay and said someone would be calling me to confirm an appointment for that day. I received a call from the Salon for 12:00 and they also over the phone confirmed I wouldn’t have to pay for my color correction. I went to the salon. They literally got me out of the sink and the hairstylist doing my hair said I was done. He said if I wanted my hair blow dried I would have to pay and that is what Roxy said also, so I said I knew and told him I wouldn’t mind paying for a blow dry. I proceeded to pay for my blow-dry when the receptionist told me I had to pay for the color correction. I explained Roxy told me I didn’t have to pay and it was also confirmed by the person that called me and I believe she was the one that called me. I asked to speak to a supervisor so I could show the message from Roxy saying I didn’t have to pay but she said there was no supervisor or manager to help. She said she had called the manager and they said I had to pay either way because it was not the same hairstylist. I messaged Roxy, who said they had confirmed I didn’t have to pay, and that now they were saying something different. Since no one was helping me and denied me speaking to a supervisor I paid and left. I’m very disappointed in the way the situation was handled and would hope a manager gets in touch with me to get this resolved and hope this doesn’t happen to anyone ever again. I don’t know the receptionist name but it’s the one on duty on 12/24, that wouldn't let me speak to a supervisor and I'm pretty sure she was the one that called me to schedule the appointment and confirmed I wasn't going to pay for the color correction. They have my information on file to get ahold of me if they wish to. Be very careful when going to that salon.
