Please beware of companies like this! This company uses bad business practices in order to secure customers. They’re not going to offer you the amount they know you deserve. I had to call around & got a higher offer from everyone but this company. When talking to another representative he told me, why would you go w/ Stone Street if they low balled you initially knowing you should have been getting more ? I thought about it but decided to proceed w/ the company b/c I was told they’d be able to do the process quicker since I did business w/ their sister company& they had everything on file. This process took longer than the first one! ALL companies said about a month for the process. With this company it took 3 months& I STILL don’t have my money. Customer service is bad. I had a representative that was nearly harassing me prior to me signing & soon as I signed she went into the dark. I would text her for updates & get no response, call & she’d be out, etc until I put my foot down & told her boss! Even then she had an attitude that I told on her & supposedly her boss didn’t know she wasn’t contacting me. This company will tell you things to keep you even though it’s not accurate. I also asked them how long it would take after my court date for me to get my money. Most companies tell you this b/c some can get it quicker & that may factor into a persons decision. For me, it did factor so it was important. Knowing this, they told me 24-48 hours when it would actually take longer. I expected them to pull this stunt so I made sure I communicated through text for the most part making so I’d have proof that they continuously have lied to make it more appealing. The managers also argue with you and lie to cover things up. I told the manager that I was told I would get the funds in 24-48 hours, he told me his employee didn’t say that b/c he was sitting next to the person even though, as stated previously I texted my new representative so he couldn’t have heard me tell him.
