I cannot respond to a review I previously wrote after Sparrow Hospital replied to my original complaint.I have dealt with every member of Patient Experience (I believe) plus the business office and ******************************** I have spoken with absolutely refused to take responsibility for their actions or the consequences to me.Sparrow Health System is a broken system. The Center for ******** and ******** Services confirmed that indeed my grievance regarding unsafe and unclean services was substantiated in writing.CMS stated the following" "The State's investigation substantiated that **************** Sparrow Hospital failed to meet the Condition of Participation of Physical Environment due to failing to ensure care was provided in a clean and safe environment. Therefore, **************** Sparrow Hospital is required to take corrective action to address the deficiencies identified by the State's investigation or we will terminate **************** Sparrow's participation as a hospital in the ******** program and stop all payment."To add insult to injury,. Sparrow left a robot response which did not address the issue. I can't emphasize enough what an unsafe environment that is for an emergency room or any inpatient services. Try McClalren instead - they appear to have their act together.
