Contracted for a move-in clean prior to moving in so house was completely empty. Gentleman showed up to clean, he was late with no call to advise. Said 4 hours to clean he was actually here 6 hours in an empty houseThere was a mixup in the office (per their say so) he was told to do a deep clean instead of a move-in clean. Apparently these are 2 very different services. The deep clean did not include wiping out cabinets, appliances, tops of appliances, shelves etc. which I had specifically asked for. The gentleman told the owner he did a walk thru inspection with us, he did not. A deep clean to me means under furniture, base boards etc etc. There was not a stitch of furniture in the house to DEEP CLEAN around. Common sense would tell you that this was a MOVE-IN CLEANING JOB. The next day after the movers came and when we started to put things away and discovered the cabinets hadnt been touched as well as many other things. I called the company and after a couple conversations they offered to come back and reclean but for me the time had passed. We were now in a sea of boxes!! No way a MOVE-IN clean could be done. I was offered a $35 discount on a $493 bill. I didnt think that was fair or right especially when the website says 200% satisfaction guarantee. We will refund if you are not satisfied. I offered to split the bill 50/50. Some cleaning was done, not what I wanted but some was done. I felt that was fair the owner did not. I told her to keep her $35. Just my recent experience (end of June) with this company. I did wait more than a week to write this and advised them I would leave a fair and honest review which this is. I would not recommend.
