On July 25, 2024, I visited the ****** store in ********************** 1008 to inquire about floor installation. The sales associate informed me that a representative would come to take measurements. When I asked whether I needed to remove the furniture, the sales associate assured me that the installation team would handle everything.On July 31, a representative visited to take measurements. The quote was provided by ******************************* on August 1, who clearly stated that to avoid additional charges, I needed to remove the dresser, mirror, and TV. She assured me that everything else, including the beds, would be handled by the installers. I agreed to these terms, signed the contract, and made the payment, then awaited the scheduled installation day.Today, August 13, I received a call from the installers informing me that they would arrive on Monday, August 19, to install the floor. However, I was told that I needed to move all items from the bedrooms, contrary to what I was initially informed. The installers insisted that everything needed to be moved, leading me to cancel the scheduled installation date.I visited ****** and spoke with Store Manager *********************************, who was unresponsive and dismissive. He insisted that I had to empty the rooms completely and was extremely rude. I requested him to review the previous communication, but he responded by offering a refund instead.I am highly dissatisfied with the service provided by ******. Despite having purchased my entire kitchen, bathroom, and all appliances from them, and paying with a Lowes card, there is no record of my concerns. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I am considering switching to ********** for future purchases.
