            I sent a check to level one bank, who i have a morgage with. Level One bank says that they sent the check back to Suntrust bank who I have a personal account with. The check has been cashed. The money was not deposited back in my account. I called Suntrust fraud and they state that Level One Bank cashed the check and I should seek to get the money back from them. I have a reference number on the cashed check. I I am an ER doctor working in a covid hotspot and I have been sitting on the phone trying to track this money for hours. I don't have the time to waste with this. I want the money deposited back into my account. Otherwise I will have to open a police report because money was stolen from me. Suntrust and Level One Bank are both of very limited help to me in this matter. One of them has the money and I view it as stealing that its not back in my account. I was hoping you could help me with this. Thanks, R*** S******

            No stars would do best. I won a lawsuit and my lawyer gives me my check and tells me to go to level one bank. I had to go to4 locations because the management team read my paperwork incorrectly. Had to renew my drivers license. While I had to wait state said to use paper temporary id with my old license. Out of 5 people they couldn't read "expiration 5/22". They all confused it with " expired ". They treated me like I was a criminal and my check was fake. It was only $1200. My lawyer had to call the next week and go off. He calls me and tells me to go back to the last location in Farmington hills. Get there the same manager reads it wrong and looked so confused. I had to explain to the manager again the difference between "expiration" and "expired". What kind of bank manager can't read?! They treated me so badly. I'm disabled and walk with a cane from the accident I sued for. These people do not know how to treat customers. The worst experience I have ever had in banking. Condescending employees and management. One manager explained to me that he worked for ****** and he has experience?????? I see why they're not registered with BBB.
