**** PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU CONTRACT THIS COMPANY.*** My wife and I were looking to redo 3 bathrooms. They came in told they would pull permits, they of course did not. What was supposed to take 3 week took 10 weeks and the job is still not complete. We were with out a bathroom for 49 days! Please research the with your local municipality, for Licenses and Permits pulled by this company.**************

******************, nobody has ghosted you. I have NOT received any communication from you via telephone or email. The installer that we hired was suppose to pull the permits which we found out later he did not, he has been released. Epic cannot pull the permit as the office personnel will not be doing the work. Yes, we did have quite a few bumps in the road, especially with us doing work that you requested and your wife later not liking it and having to change it. I feel we have gone over and beyond with your numerous requests/changes. The amount of money you have paid thus far is the fair amount for all the work we have preformed. My understanding is you still have product at your residence that we paid for, that you would not let the installer take with him. We never said we would not continue the remodel, we just feel that you have made this a hostile work situation as you had went on and on and was angry at the office personnel that you upset her. She honestly doesn't want to speak with you because of your temper. I would hope that you would change this review as Epic has done everything in its power to make you and your wife happy, including giving you several items at no charge. Thank you!
