              We stayed the night at Super 8 ************************** Mackinaw city ** on June 22nd. We left all belongings in the car...checked our room and found bedbugs in the pillows! The lady said must have been from before an gave us another room.The next morning we found a bedbug. Front desk said call ************************* Monday...today! I called an explanation what happened he started yelling at me and called me a filthy peice of f****** shit!! Then he said I brang the bugs! Both rooms had bedbugs and the lady told housekeeping to throw everything away and they would file the claim on their taxes!

              AWFULL! We paid for two nights and could only stay one night due to the toilet stopped working. We waited for hours but no one ever came to fix th toilet, called the front desk a couple times and then left because we had no working toilet. Didn't even get a refund for the second night we didn't use. I will never stay at or recommend super 8 Windham hotels ever!

We, at The Super 8 Bridgeview of Mackinaw City, aim to provide quality service and customer satisfaction. I do want to take the time to apologize for any issues or inconveniences that may have occurred. We want you to know that all concerns, comments and suggestions that we receive are taken seriously. They tell us what we are doing right, what we are doing wrong and how we can improve. Please be assured that I have reviewed our hotel operations to ensure that a similar situation will not occur in the future. As for your incident, I do apologize as we try to assist all guests promptly at a timely manner as soon as an issue is reported and upon checking the maintenance logs during the time of your stay and it did not show anything was ever reported from the room you had occupied. Once again, please accept my sincere apology and we look forward to accommodating you in the future. Shall you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me.
