Worst debt collector!! The process server they sent literally stalked me and used intimidation tactics. They left a note on my door with no information pertaining to specifics - saying to call a cell phone number without any mention of the law firm. Pretty shady! I have made multiple attempts to call, submitted payment plan requests, and even a hardship request. No answer from ****** or ****!! Almost like they want to scare you into paying the debt and offer no real options instead of going to court! Wasting my time and the government's time that's all they are doing -- AVOID this law firm if you can. And **** the process servicer she's terrifying! And ************** Fingerhut That hired them -- never will do business such a bad law firm and i offered to PAY BACK YOUR DEBT BUT YOUR LAWYER WON'T APPARENTLY GIVE ME OPTIONS TO DO THAT.

Thank you for providing our office a chance to respond. Upon review of your file, it was discovered that you did not respond to the multiple attempts by our process server to contact you. Once you were served, you requested a repayment plan that would have taken an extraordinary amount of time. Upon receipt of your repayment plan offer, we attempted to contact you (without success) to discuss your situation and ascertain if the payment plan you proposed was reasonable given your circumstances. Approximately one month later, the day before your court hearing, you contacted our office to resolve the debt and avoid the court hearing. This one-day notice provided our office insufficient time to follow up with you regarding several of your statements or contact the court to remove the hearing. As such, the decision was made to discuss your file in at the court hearing. Contrary to your implication, we have had great success communicating with people who fill out the repayment plan forms and hardship forms. In some cases, there are instances where further communication is necessary. Consumers who are willing to communicate early and often usually have better experiences than those who try to resolve matters shortly before a court hearing.
