Ive been a loyal customer of ********** for several years, but they just lost a good customer. Had them out to snake my ********************** in my basement (which I usually have to get done once or twice a year). They came out on August 20, 2024 and snaked the drain. Everything was fine when they left. Im currently on disability so I dont get in the basement often. So this was only my third time washing clothes and the drained backed up. I called them Saturday 9/21/2024, the woman said she had to call her guys and she would get right back to me (she never did). Called today 9/23/2024 and spoke with the lady and she told me Im sorry I was supposed to call you back, well I looked into your account and we cant warrenty the work because there was grease in the trap. (Ive never been told that whatever you find voids any warranty work). So please be careful with them, they told me it would be another $125 for them to come back out. This should be explained to any customer that you deal with.

Our weekend secretary did drop the ball on calling back, we are going to address this issue and work on that for the future. As far as a warranty goes, for a snaking there is no automatic warranty unless written into the invoice. The only things going down the sewer should be human waste and toilet paper anything other than that is neglect of the sewer line. Unfortunately,we cannot be responsible for another backup when there is neglect happening, that's why we noted the presence of grease in the sewer line on the invoice. Our technician did discuss this with the customer after he was done snaking and told him about how grease should not be poured into the drain, that we cannot warranty because of grease. Our technicians also cleaned up the floor around the drain where the grease had backed up. Even with that said, had the customer explained his situation to the secretary and had a conversation we could have worked with him to get it snaked again, but he hung up on her when he was informed about the warranty.Review from Bradley J

Absolutely LOVE these guys! They did a fantastic job and a very reasonable price. Had more than 15 quote for repairing our sewer line and Root Masters was a very competitive price and did a great job. They were here by 8am and a short 3.5 hours later they were finished. ***** and the crew were professional fast and did an excellent job being careful with the dig. I would highly recommend them.
