If I could give zero stars I would and they didn't even do any work!*** came out to look at our bathroom and everything seemed ok at first so we went ahead and scheduled them to refinish our tub and surrounding tile. Mistakenly I gave him a deposit of $495. 2 days later I called *** to tell him we're not going forward at this time and that I would like a refund. At first he was a little hesitant and said OK. Not even a minute later after I got off the phone with *** he texted me and gave me 3 options. All 3 options were not what we discussed, and basically him still doing the job. I just wanted a refund back! I called *** right after he texted me and refused to answer the phone. Finally got a hold of him hours later and he refused to give me a deposit back. Told me to F-off! and that I can take him to court! screaming and yelling at me and wouldnt even let me get a word in before hanging up on me. I tried to call him back but he blocked my number. He texted me after and said he will send me a check for $45.75. This is how he does business. I made a mistake and gave him a deposit that he refuses to refund even though there was no money out of his pocket. DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID!READ THESE REVIEWS!
