The shower that was installed has developed black spots (?mold) along the clear caulking sealer. The company was very specific when it was installed as to what products may be used as to not void the warranty. I have called the company 5 different times just to get someone to call me back to let me know how to fix the issue, look at it, replace it, etc.Each time they promise that I will receive a call and they are forwarding it to a manager. They have all of my information (verified) as well as the dates I have called. I have never received a call back.Business response

Hello,
Sorry to hear that Mr/**************** is having an issue with their new shower. Our records indicate that the last communication we have had with the ******** is April 28th 2022 concerning an issue with thier Shower bench which was resolved. It is possible that the customer has been calling the wrong phone number by mistake. we will reach out to the customer immediately to see what needs to be done to resolve the issue.
