              The shower that was installed has developed black spots (?mold) along the clear caulking sealer. The company was very specific when it was installed as to what products may be used as to not void the warranty. I have called the company 5 different times just to get someone to call me back to let me know how to fix the issue, look at it, replace it, etc.Each time they promise that I will receive a call and they are forwarding it to a manager. They have all of my information (verified) as well as the dates I have called. I have never received a call back.

              Beautiful job. Contractor was so polite and willing to somewhat alter his plans to accommodate mine. Explained everything as he was doing it and double checked on what I wanted to make sure I was happy.
