              They say they know how to do epoxy floor *** the estimator came out an gave me a good quote so I let them do the work big mistake they don't know the first thing about doing a floor sloppy work on the edges detail was u acceptable did not put enough top coat down an started to come off had they came out look blame it on me telling me I use chemicals on it don't believe a word *** says they do not back up their work before u have them come out an look at my floor u will change your mind I guarantee it

              ***** – At your request, we’ve come out to inspect your project from 2022 on three separate occasions. Per our conversations, there was damage done to the floor which is outside of the warranty. We’ve offered several options to assist you to complete a restoration of the floor for a significantly reduced rate. Unfortunately, as you are aware, were forced to end our last conversation due to your vulgar profane language and threats directed at our company and employees. Due to the risks, we will not be sending employees back to your property. If you would like to discuss your project again via phone and will commit to a civil conversation, you can contact our office at 616.209.3608 and set up a conference call. Thank you.
