Sincerely hope no one else uses this crappy excuse for a company. Don't just walk away from them, run, sprint!!!We hired them to build a deck and pool for us in 2021. What started off as an exciting project has evolved into the biggest nightmare. Not only were they months behind on their Memorial Day finish, but there are so many issues that they refuse to address. Their owner ******* is an arrogant A$$ who acts like a petulant foot stomping toddler when you don't agree with him. Anything we asked him to fix, his answer was "its within builder tolerance." When asked if he would be happy with this work at his own house, he had no answer. He is unhappy with bad reviews, but won't fix his work. Awful and a horrible excuse for a company. The one guy that was decent there and was trying to help us..... yup he was fired. We also know that ******* told all his employees to not talk with us anymore and the inspector even said how many people he has been to unhappy with this company.They completely disappeared from our job and told the inspectors office they had been dismissed (we still have c*** in our yard and things that don't work). In order to fix the items, they either wanted us to sign a non-disparaging agreement (never because people need to know how crappy they are) or pay more $ (change orders), and they refuse to cover any warranty. But... when we signed the original build agreement it stated lifetime warranty. Needless to say lawyers have been involved and we need to still get the work finished.They messed up a storage unit (it leaks), patio pavers (they didn't polysand correctly), granite on a bar they measured to small and won't replace, cracking stone veneer, low voltage lighting that doesn't work, crooked light switches and best of all they put a sealant on the patio pavers around a pool making it too slippery to even walk.I hope no one else has to have these kind of headaches. We spent a ton of money on this project and they just don't care.
