I found this company through ******** They had good reviews everywhere but none on bbb. I had my wood floors refinished. Texts from the owner make no sense sometimes. I don't think he checks them before he sends them. After sanding the rooms without blocking off vents they started staining about a third of the room before realizing it was the wrong stain. The owner did so after 30+ years of experience because he was in a "hurry". Not something a customer wants to hear about their contractor work. They came back the next morning to resand and stain the correct color. I was told it would be even more than the first quote to match the floor which I did agree to. The **** given to me had multiple things wrong on it including the final price. Along with my address and phone number. I paid in cash. Counted it myself and had a second person count ahead of time. I handed the employee the cash and asked if he would count it. He refused the choice. Now the owner is saying hundreds of extra dollars are needed that are missing. The work is ok. I have to repaint the floor trim because there's stain all over it and the shine of the floor is not the same. I don't know if I would recommend. They did the job fast, but in a hurry as stated multiple times by the owner. I was misquoted at first and now they are demanding more money.
