            I purchase a 'unlocked' ******* S8 Active from Sectorseven dba Bobcat Wireless. Received item and while attempting to switch carriers, found item to be locked as verified via ***** **** was not permitted to tell me the reason for the lock, ie. Stolen, blacklisted, unpaid balance,etc. However they did state that once a phone is unlocked, it is permanently unlocked, from this I confirmed the phone was not unlocked when I purchased it. I made several attempts to contact seller, and last attempt seller advised they will not unlock the phone, even though they have the ability to do so. When I purchased the phone they stated it was unlocked in multiple conversations, which I can print out for your review. Phone is locked and still non- functional at this time. Seller declined to make any restitution involved with this fraudulent transaction. Please warn other potential customers. I can made copies of all communications that took place upon request

            I emailed them prior to purchase and said I didn't have to worry that I would get what I ordered well they lied I got a phone that was advertised factory unlocked which was fraudulent it was a former Sprint phone refreshed according to a Samsung company representative. when I notified them they apologize sent me the lowest form of return postage possible and refused to exchange and stand behind their product, they only wanted me to return the phone so I have been without a phone for 5 days once I got the return slip i package the phone up and won't get my physical money probably till Friday if that they might try to screw me out of that as well

            Bobcat Wireless follows **** policies for returns, and offers a 60 day money back guarantee, twice as long as **** requires.  If a customer is not satisfied with their purchase from **, they can return it within 60 days, for a full refund provided that the phone is returned to ** in the same condition in which we shipped it, and including all accessories we sent with the phone. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for returns. We encourage customers to contact ** through the **** platform for all of their customer service needs. We respond to messages promptly and 100% satisfaction is our goal.  In this case, our records indicate this was an unlocked phone, and we did not have the exact model in stock to offer an exchange, so a refund was the most expedient way to make it right for the customer.  We will issue the refund upon receipt and inspection of the phone.

            the company used the slowest form of postage and is due to be delivered given it was sent out on 06/05/2023 and still today is possibly 2 days away **** rep says it will get the last priority over all other mail-meter mail would have been faster. the company sold me a phone from sprint mobile as a factory unlocked and had 100 reviews they must have screwed the pooch when it came to my order. the company phone number no one answers go straight to voicemail and no one helps you even the **** doest resolve issue they sent the this statement on ****** and BBB review this is not 100% customer satisfaction this is 0% customer service satisfaction
