I went to the dentist to get a couple teeth pulled when I got there I received information that I had gum disease and I would have to come back in a month or two to get more pulled. During the extraction of my teeth I told the dentist that it hurt really bad. He didnt care so when he was pulling my teeth I was screaming and he told me I couldnt do that I needed to shut up. And when I couldnt he just kept walking out everytime I screamed for extensive amounts of time cause the medication to wear off so I felt every tooth being pulled. With those reasons I was scared to return to get the rest of my teeth pulled and because of that I am in full fledged pain and I cant handle it. So I called up there today to express my concern and ask if there were other things that could be done to help manage pain and told them what happened on my visit. The lady immediately jumped to defense saying he didnt say that he doesnt talk like that. So I asked if there was another dentist there because I was uncomfortable and she said yea there is but she cant do this and that things i didnt even ask for like pulling all my teeth and getting dentures. I told her that I never asked for those services you cant just assume I want them. And she says we will no longer be seeing you because of your attitude. I told her I didnt have why they were going to stop seeing me for something she assumed. So then I asked to speak to someone about her she said its the dentist you dont care for its his business I said who does he answer to because in this country you have to have someone to answer to she didnt answer so I said Ill just contact the BBB.
