      This club is poorly run. On June 20, 2023 we went to the club to try and reserve a pickleball court for 1 hour for four people. There was no one at the desk but a tennis instructor gave us some numbers to call. We tried all the numbers and got a recording that the "Mailbox was full" That evening I tried the numbers again and got an answer from a gentleman who said he was the executive director and asked how I had gotten his number. He was somewhat perturbed because he was in a drivethrough line trying to order dinner for his kids. He told me to go online to make a reservation. So I went on line and went through a very long and tedious process to register. I, with great difficulty, searched the website and managed to reserve a court for one hour. However, never did I have an opportunity to specify the date and time which was upsetting to me. My Citi Mastercard was immediately charged for $45. We again went to the club the next day and a gentleman named **** was at the desk. I told him that I reserved a court but couldn't give them the date and time. **** wrote it on a piece of paper and said it would be taken care of. On the June 22, 2023 at **** we showed up for our reservation. The Club, whose signs stated they were open on Saturday was buttoned up tighter than a drum. I again called all the numbers and got the mailbox is full response. I also texted all the numbers and finally got a response. He said they would refund or credit us for a future time and apologized for the mix up. I told him we were out of state leaving the next day so a credit would not do us any good. I called my credit card *** and cancelled the payment . In August I received from Citi that the dispute was sided in their favor since they had a "No refund" policy which is ridiculous. Since when does a company who fails to provide a service have a right to say there will be no refund. I sent more documentation to Citi and eventually they cancelled the charge.
