I didn't choose this company. They responded to my phone call about my broken furnace immediately. They sent someone out to me who was kind, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and responsive, immediately. Kurt took all the time I needed to answer all of my questions and was very patient. Amaxx was one of 4 quotes. They were not the cheapest. I went with the cheapest. WHY? Because centerpoint energy is a large brand name that I trusted and I thought I was getting apples to apples. I am also cost conscious and watch every penny.Since centerpoint energy installed my furnace a year ago, I have lost more money than I saved! Two months after my new install, the furnace broke. I took a day off of work waiting for them to come and look at it, and then another day off work when they came to install a new motor. (Yep - a new motor in a new two month old furnace) A year later I missed another two days of work. Centerpoint came out to diagnose the issue and then order another motor. (Yep - this is the third motor in a year!)I have since contacted Amaxx to thank them for the service I didnt realize I missed out on.Do yourself a huge favor, and save yourself the headache I went through. Spend the money for: 1) SUPERIOR product,  2) SUPERIOR service, 3) & in the long run, SUPERIOR SAVINGS.
