    The first two weeks felt like a honeymoon period, but afterward, the true nature of the employers became apparent. There was a lack of support, not just in terms of work but also in terms of mental well-being. When I voiced my concerns to my supervisor, nothing changed, and I felt like I was placed in her bad books. I noticed that I was singled out and not allowed to talk to anyone, while others were free to do so. We were forbidden to talk, unlike others. I faced many challenges after I complained, which is not how you should be treated by your employer. My supervisor never checked in on how I was feeling afterwards. There was no appreciation for our good work, only criticism. Each employer had different feedback, which added to the confusion. If a client left because of them, it was fine, but if a client left because of me, I would receive lectures. I was not allowed to talk to other therapists throughout the day, as if we were not human. This workplace is already tough, and sometimes you need someone to talk to and alleviate stress. They placed excessive stress on us. This was my worst experience, and it was a mistake to work here. Despite loving kids and enjoying working with them, my supervisor made my experience so unpleasant .colleague was in a lot of pain, nobody checked on her or called for help. Instead, the supervisor seemed more upset about her leaving early. Even though she was in pain, she had to drive herself to the hospital. The supervisor was only thinking about work, as shown by the texts asking her to let her know as soon as possible if she could come back or if she would be out for the whole day. She didnt ask if she needed any help, which is totally unethical behavior. No one in the office bothered to ask. This shows they care more about clients than their own employees. This was just one example; there are many more instances where it's evident that people there are more concerned about their clients.
