      Horrible! They lied to me several times. First time they claimed to have sent an email, did not, then claimed i had all my parts, did not, they didn't ship it the first time. Claimed the manufacturer was the reason for not getting parts, lied again I called the manufacturer directly found out otherwise. Their so called customer service can't help me with the missing parts after 3 weeks from getting the first shipment. Keep in mind they have your money since the purchase so their is no motivation for them to help. They have caller I'd so they quit taking my calls and sending me to voice mail. But they won't return my call. Also they don't answer blocked numbers. I must not be the only one having issues. If fireplace pro reads this feel free to call me Ron *** *** *** ***** * *****. Or if anyone who is reading this review I would be happy to tell in greater detail of the horrible service I received from fireplace pro

      When the customer called on the 12th, he was told that the products had already shipped from the manufacturer. We told him that we had sent an email with tracking information. By his own admission he told us that he had not checked his email. He received his products via *** the very next day after calling us and submitting this complaint! Customer was very rude to our staff. We never lie to our customers! All he needed to do is check his email and track his packages!

      It’s odd to me that no one has reviewed this business here. I was sold a GREAT wood burning insert with TERRIBLE parts that ended up costing almost half as much as the insert itself. I was sold a chimney liner that I was told would fit…it did not…I wasn’t able to find that out until getting professional help with the install because of the pipe size. The necessary change in size meant that al of the additional parts I was sold were unnecessary. Unfortunately the part that brings me to leave a review is that fireplacePro has only a 12 day return policy (I contacted them within 40 days) AND every time I called to speak to customer service they wouldn’t take my call insisting on only dealing through email. I regret my choice to buy from fireplacePro and it ended up costing me over $600 in parts that I purchased from fireplacepro (that are still sitting on my backyard) and then an additional $1100 in parts and $500 in labor for the correct parts for the installation.
