First off it was nice that they had someone stay a hour after they closed to try and sell me a trailer. Much appreciated. Now the bad. Drove over a hour to get there for a certain trailer that they had online. I get there and the first thing I notice is the welds are Horrible and they had a different trailer there then what was pictured online but I was going to live with it because I needed a trailer. Went inside to close the deal quickly because ****** did stay late after all. After I paid and signed the paperwork he hooked up the trailer. I wanted to rest the ramp quick because the welds were super thick. As you can see in the pictures the ramp did not fold flat. I asked what he was going to do and he said "jump on it it should bend flat". Told him that is not going to work and proceed to tell me the deal is final. He did offer to have someone grind it down for me but I would need to drive all the way back up there as supposedly they don't deliver. Asked again what he was going to do for me as this brand new trailer did not function as it should and he just said it's what you get when the trailer manufacturers are rushed to build trailers. I was finally able to get my money back after going back and forth for a additional 30 min. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Save your mo ey and go somewhere else where they have "quality trailers" they obviously don't do quality checks or stand by their products. Go anywhere else.

******, Im sorry we were not able to make the purchase of your new trailer go as smoothly as it should have.Our salesman stayed late to assist you and when the gate did not work as it should have he had not experience this type of situation before.At first he wasnt sure how to handle the situation and gave you some wrong information on what the options were for this issue.Once the salesman called me and let me know what was happening I let the salesman know that at that time of the night when our service and support staff were gone we could either fix the trailer the next day or we could refund the purchase in full which is the option you choose.This type of rare situation is why we try not to do business after hours s we dont have staff in place to fix any unforeseen issues that would otherwise be easily resolved by our service department during normal business hours.

It's a quality thing. Saying it's just the way trailer are because they make them so fast. I was still interested in purchasing a different trailer and asked about the stelth 2 and he said they are worse quality then this. How can you sell trailers that need gringing to make them work properly and have welds on the rest of the trailer thst look like it was someone's first time welding it together and also have a salesmen say it's just the way it is and not stand behind your products and bad mouth other trailers that you sell. I had to wait a half on hour to get my money back as he kept saying the deal is final
