I paid for a one month of unlimited car washes this last November. I was clear that I wanted one month and did not sign anything approving additional charges to my card. I now have been charge monthly through March. I did not realize this until recently. I have had two serious surgeries in the last two months that were taking all my attention. I called the business and left a vm, I got no call back. I went to the buisness today and spoke with manager *****. He told me I would only be reimbursed for 2 months as that is all their system would allow. He offered no other resolution. I am supposed to eat the remaining $87 that they charged to my card unauthorized. This is actually the second time this buisness has done this to me. About a 1.5 years ago. I caught it in two months so was reimbursed. I thought it was an innocent mistake on their end. I have paid cash since, but made a mistake on November by paying with my credit card. They can give me no explanation as to how this would happen twice. I feel this happens to more ppl if it's happened to me twice! I am contacting my credit card fraud department but I want additional documentation as it is a pattern. I have cancelled my credit card I used as I do not trust them.
