              Minnesota Lottery,I am writing to you to file a formal complaint regarding your lottery dispensing machines, specifically, at this time, the machine that is located at Hy-Vee grocery store on *******. in *********, Minnesota.Yesterday I put $20.00 into the machine. It accepted the money and showed that I had $20.00 in credit. I put in my first play slip with 5 numbers at $2.00 each and it processed that play slip and when it finished it showed I had $10.00 in credit left in the machine. I put in my 2nd play slip with 5 numbers at $2.00 each and the machine only processed one of my numbers and then it shut down. It said that lottery games were temporarily unavailable and when it shut down, it cancelled out my remaining balance of $8.00 and showed a zero balance. I LOST $8.00 in this machine, and this is not the first time this has happened. Either this machine is rigged, or it is absolutely not being maintained properly. I have contacted you before regarding this issue and have not heard from you. Therefore, I am going to file a complaint with the Minnesota Better Business Bureau regarding this issue.This is extremely frustrating by being ripped off on these machines!!!***********************

              I have bought twenty seven twenty dollar Scratch offs that pay 1 in 10 of 100 200 or 500$... I have not won anything... It is a racket and a scam... Don't play them.
