    On 2-11-23 I went in and bought some hair and two bonnets. When I got in the car I open one and realized that it was really big. All tho it said jumbo on the packaging I didnt expect it to be as big. I checked the recipe to make sure if I can return if open and to see the store credit policy. I read that it did not say that I couldnt return the bonnet and had 7 days and no cash refund which is fine because I wanted a smaller size.so today 2-12-23 I waited to be help and I went to a Asian lady who right away said that both were open and I couldnt return and I told her only one is open and its the one that I ripped the box she then said we cant take it because they cant tell if I used it or not. After being cut off from trying to explain she then tells me to talk to him(the manager). The manager stated that he remembered me from last night and I say yes Im the one that asked you to help me get the bonnets and I explain to him that I didnt realize that these bunnies were so big and I cant do anything with him and I stated to him that I only open one and he said that we cannot take back the bonnets. I also stated to him its not on the receipt. He then goes to tell me that they can I put everything on the receipt. I do not like the way that they treat black customers being that that we are the ones that support their business. They are willing to take our black dollars but not willing to respect the black women and men that goes there and shot I will not be back I do not like to be called a liar,that is basically what they called me. I did everything right by bringing the receipt within the seven day period and still was not treated with respect and they did not honor my receipt even though it did not say that I cannot return a bonnet granite that the bonnets were 899 and 799. I feel like its my money, and I was willing to buy their product, but to be treated like this is unacceptable. I will not spend my money with them ever again
