I wasn’t originally going to leave a review, but I am still dealing with the repercussions of the low quality work that was done. For starters, we initially wanted to just replace our corner shower and shower pan. After talking with Lidia, and her stating that they could do the work, we decided to move forward with an entire shower remodel. The project was initially supposed to take a couple weeks and that turned into almost a month of work. After the first couple days, my downstairs was a mess. The workers were cutting tile in my basement without sealing any areas off. Everything in the basement and parts of the upstairs were covered in tile dust. The next day they began cutting tile outside. Nassios sent out two cleaning crews to clean the area, and after that I had to still hire my own to get it cleaned properly. While continuing to work through the project, many more issues came up. I asked for the subway tile in the shower to have small grout lines, so I assumed that meant they would use the smallest spacers. Instead it was done by hand and was uneven. I wasn’t pleased and brought it up, but they convinced me that it would look fine once the grout was in. It did not. On top of that. The cuts on the tile on the floor and wall were jagged in many places and the grout job was very poor. There was no consistency to it. Once the grout on the floor was completed, we noticed that the specific grout we bought to be used on the floor tile was still not open and instead they used the group for the shower wall which was a different color. After giving them a pass on all this it was time to install the shower. Keep in mind the shower was what we originally asked for. It was at this time that Lidia told me they didn’t feel comfortable installing the shower because they didn’t have the correct tools, and even had the audacity to call me “picky”. At that point we decided it was best to part ways, leaving an unfinished job and a very unhappy customer. Like I said, I wasn’t going to leave a review, but as time went on, more issues came up. The first was that the shower walls were not levels, so installing a glass shower wasn’t going to be possible without additional work. Next they painted directly over drywall patch with paint without using a primer. This has caused the walls to peel and needing to be repainted. Along with the drywall patches, any patches that were done were not smoothed out or cleaned up. Instead they were just painted over. Overall I am deeply disappointed and I hope that my experience was just a fluke. At this time I cannot recommended this company to people.
