              I hired MURZA construction 7/2022 to do storm damage repair on my home in *******,**. They inspected my home and I filed a claim with my insurance company. All of the work was to be completed for the amount paid by the insurance company with no additional cost to me according to the agreement we signed. So all insurance money was paid to them upfront They completed the roof in Oct of 2022. All other work has not been complete. Outstanding cash value of work is *********. They were unavailable by phone,text or email until I went to the local police department who were able to get me contact info. They have made no attempt to complete the work and refuse to pay me the outstanding balance.

              I had the pleasure to work with Alex Y with Murza Construction. Alex walked me through the process of installing a new roof and siding. He was very patient, proactive and follow through on the working that was done in my home. Alex checked the work done by the contractors on a daily basis to make sure the working is progressing and also checking the quality of the work and make necessary adjustments. I have referred family and friends to Alex and will continue to do so. I am very pleased and highly satisfied with the work that was done at my home. I highly recommend Alex Y at Murza Construction. He is the best.
