MTKitchens does not pay their subs. They built cabinets with sub par wood and blamed their customers' dissatisfaction completely on the finisher and have not paid the invoice from November, 2021. MTKitchens owes $753.89 and laughs at me when trying to have an adult conversation about their invoice.

The job that ******** is referring to was a small remodeling job that More Than Kitchens was contracted to replace and add cabinetry in the Laundry room, Master bath and Living room. On this job, MTK built the cabinetry and hired ****************** in ******** to paint them.After the cabinetry was built, finished, delivered and installed the homeowers were dissatisfied with the finishing of the painted cabinetry. A meeting was set at the house with ***** (from MTK), ***** (from MTK), the designer, homeowner and ******** (from ******************). At the meeting the homeowners claimed the finish was unsatisfactory, to which ******** defending in a disparaging manner. The homeowners and designer were offended by his behavior and told us that they did not want ******** back into their home.It was decided that the cabinetry could not be repainted and so they were completely remake and then we sent them to another finisher. They were reinstalled and the homeowner was happy with the results.More Than Kitchens has not paid the $753.89 to ****************** because we had to absorb the cost of removing and re-building new cabinetry and paying an alternate finisher to paint them.********* claim about using sub par wood is wrong. We build cabinetry the same for all of our satisfied customers and have never had a finishing issue occur like this. There were areas that were completely unpainted. We have photos to prove our claims.******** has now started harrassing us. He calls the office and swears at our office manager. He has made ****** reviews to disparage our company. I have spoke to him and recorded the conversation with him yelling at me and saying "I will get my money". I have never laughed at him. I told him on the phone that I will contact a lawyer if this continues.His claim that I don't pay my subs is incorrect. I didn't pay Landmark because of the unsatisfactory finish, but I pay all of my subs. His harassment is ridiculous. He never took any responsibility and was so rude to my customer. We have and will not ever do work with him again.
