    My experience at CarStar in ****** couldnt have been worse. My car had severe hail damage and my back window had been completely busted out, leaving me unable to use my car. To start, their front desk person, ***** has no business in a customer-facing position. Her customer service skills are horrendous.When I dropped off my car, a man at the front desk named **** checked out my car and asked me if any cracks on my windshield were already there before the hail damage. I was completely honest and told him yes. I did not expect that by telling them this, they would completely ignore fixing any hail damage on my windshield, but that is exactly what they did. They did not tell me this, I saw it myself on the quote they gave to my insurance. I had to go back to my car to get some paperwork out of my glovebox. While Im there, I notice multiple circles on my windshield clearly pointing out hail damage. So, I call CarStar to ask why theyve clearly indicated damage but are choosing to not include it in the damages.It was a fight the entire two weeks they had my car.So, they finally include my windshield after I have to get a claims specialist involved with my insurance. Suddenly they do the right thing when State Farm calls. I walk in to pick up my car and **** is at the counter. I am calm as hes going over my paperwork and giving me my keys. He makes a snide comment saying they got my windshield fixed, I ignore it. Then, he pulled out a script to tell me what to tell my insurance company when they call to rate their service. Im baffled. I told him I wont be giving them a 10. He lost it. He started yelling and pointing his finger in my face. His boss, ****, had to step in and tell him to sit down. The next call I made was to State Farm to file a complaint again CarStar.The next day, I went to close my hatch and it didnt work. They didnt check to see if my hatch worked? Seems like a fairly important piece of fixing my car.Stay away from CarStar.
