They over charged me for their services. They owe me 170.00. They explained everything else they charged me but not 170.00 they kept just because. They need to pay it back to my debit card. Please help me with this big company who wants to keep my money . It is not right.Business response

I bought a screen protector Four my new phone that I purchased from Russell cellularNovember 29th my screen protector cracked without dropping my phone all I wanted is another screen protector since it has not been a month since I bought it they told me that I need to file a complaint and then pay extra $8 to get my screen I don't think that I need to pay extra money for something that is not guaranteed I need another screen protector I would never go back to them All I want is problem solved and I need them to give me another screen protector I live in Sterling Colorado thank you I'm hope this problem is solvedBusiness response

I bought a iwatch 7 they charged me A $35 setup fee that I was not told About upfront I had $65 device Dollars to spend. They told me I could only use my device dollars for the purchase of a phone and not a watch Which I found out later was not right and now it’s too late to get credit it cost me $100 more than it would have cost me at the Verizon storeBusiness response

On November 26th, 2021 my husband and I went into the Woodbridge, VA location just to check out our options for new watches. We were helped by a representative and the manager. At the time, both my husband nor I needed new phones, but they told us there was a trade-in promotion offering us both $1,000 for trading in our old phones and getting new—we sat for a long period of time reviewing the promotion and how it would effect our current bill AS CURRENT CUSTOMERS. This was great, we jumped on it. But by the time we picked up the new phones (which they couldn’t find despite us getting notifications they were delivered almost a week prior—-mostly it just felt like they didn’t want to take the time to help us) they told us that the promotion was only for new customers and we’re only going to give us $650 trade in. Honestly, We both felt deceived into purchasing a new phones. Had we known that they weren’t going to honor their pricing at the time we ordered the phones, I would have just stayed with my old phone. I don’t think that lying to customers for sales is a very good business model and am extremely disappointed in the service provided. This is a total of $700 difference. Unacceptable.Business response

On June 29, 2021 I went into the ******* Wireless (Russell Cellular) and took advantage of the current promotion to switch to them and get free iPhone 12s. I received my receipts at the end of the transaction showing the credit of the full $860 for the phones. The credit was to be broken up into equal monthly installments. However the credits on my bills has not covered the full cost as promised and is only $700, a difference of $160 for 3 phones which is a total of $480 in costs to me for a free phone. I have contacted ******* Wireless 4 times and the store itself an additional 4 times as well as emails to the store's district manager which has not been replied to as promised.Business response
