    We called our exterior warranty who sent this contractor who ruled we had a outer break and can work on it and because it was covered on Oct 13th. We were told to wait for contact fri or Monday which Monday happened to be the day left. We received no call friday so I called them Monday in the afternoon to see about scheduling. At the time on Thurs/fri they had no phone service and my repeated calls were dropped trying to contact *****. The only success I had reaching them was through the exterior warranty provider which they immediately picked up and I was patched through with them when they initially sent out inspection on Thurs and then when I called for follow up on Friday. Back to Monday I called kjett directly and got through although their new phone line didn't state they were the company I was looking for and had to ask the receptionist who sounded young and not professional. She came across as sloppy in handling crisis's. They said they would call back in a hour to get the right person to speak with, within the hour was my request which I ended up calling back 40 min later since no call was made by then yet. When I called they suddenly had their company name available to be heard. The lady I then spoke with said the exterior warranty company hadn't processed my request for repair. Called the warranty company and they claimed the contractor just sent in the quote when talking so I would need to wait ***** hours for processing now. I waited 48 and after prodding got approval. ***** called back and the earliest they could get someone out was on the 31st. So the 31st rolls around and they call in sick around 7am and want to reschedule. I see the voicemail and text an hour later and attempt contact after waking which am met with no automated call forwarding to anyone. I contact the exterior warranty company and explain the issue to see if they can reach. They repeat the need for rescheduling which I already stated I tried with no luck so got a different contract
