I started off with an agent under **** with the name of ***** *****. Things were going well until ***** went through some personal issues of a divorce where he was not able to go through with the sale of my home and no notice was given to me about this. I called ***** to see what was going on with my home. I did not get a response so I reached out to ****, his supervisor. She said due to ***** going through issues he would not be able to sell my home. I didn't know that my home was not being sold. We were still thinking he was working on our home being sold so I reached out to ****. I was very upset to find out he was not licensed to be able to sell our home and that **** would be taking over. She didn't say anything to us. We did agree with **** that our home would be taken off the market the week of Thanksgiving if the home did not sell. **** called today and said she is going to come and take the sign out of our yard. She yelled at me because I told her we don't have a sign in our yard. I asked her if she was communicating with *****. She started yelling at me and said we can just end this now since you don't have any trust in me. She said our house was overpriced. She said I am going to come and get our stuff. She came to our home very nasty and walked off unprofessionally. She blamed us and said our house was overpriced that is why it did not get sold. She stated 2 weeks ago that our house was not selling like her mom's because the interest rate. The lack of communication was very frustrating when we put our trust in **** and ***** to sell our home. No communication from **** until I contacted her.
Per our agreement, I need her to send paperwork to dismiss our home stating that our contract has been cancelled with them immediately.
