    INSURANCE CUSTOMERS BEWARE!Do NOT sign an ********** Services Work Authorization" under any circumstances. This company uses that contract to bypass you, and **** insurance directly. This company was supposed to Pack-Out and Inventory my personal possessions after a fire loss, October 2020. Instead, they worked for two (2) days, threw away half my things, and stopped the job -- then sent my insurance company a $14K **** for their services. Insurance agreed to pay $10K for mold remediation services-- work they didn't even perform nor was the service requested. When insurance didn't send the payment soon enough, they sued me! We are currently in court, and they are demanding $14K work work never performed, and for abandoning the job. If a guy with the initials **** is associated with the insurance claim -- RUN! BEWARE! Insurance fraud runs rampart with this company. But as the owner, *********************** said, "It's just insurance's money, why do you care?" If you still choose to use this company, ask for an estimate first and submit it to your insurance company. DEMAND a change order, and DO NOT sign the Emergency Contract. GOOD LUCK!

    This customer is actually not a customer as we have never been paid by her. We are working with her insurance who has reviewed and approved our work for payment. They have issued her payment specifically for our work which was audited by their third party. She has received the payment and refuses to pay us. We have issued lawsuit and it is going to trial currently.

    There's no way a reasonable person would pay for work that was not performed nor requested. To date, the company claimed to have performed mold remediation services to the tune of $14K. I asked for Pack-Out and ********* services. Just because insurance approved FRAUD AdvantaClean feels justified to collect and sued ME because they want their money for work they never did. Insurance said they could... stop it. The behavior is childish, egotistical, and moreover, illegal.
