On Sunday June 19,2022 professional touch cleaning and organization contacted me via text message to confirm they were coming Monday June 20,2022 to preform a “move out clean”. I paid ******* the owner $452 via ***** for said services. She sent a cleaner to my empty house at 6pm Monday evening. I went to see how clean the house was after work on Tuesday at approximately 3:50pm. The house was filthy. It didn’t hardly look like it was touched at all. I contacted ******* at approximately 4pm asking if they were finished with the house or if they had cleaning left to you. I wasn’t contacted until Wednesday at about 11:23am asking what problems I had with the house. I sent ******* pictures and videos of how dirty the home was. She agreed that this was not properly cleaned and wanted to make it right but coming to clean Sunday or refund $75. I chose for her to come clean for I’m selling my house and it was not cleaned. Later that evening she messaged me saying her employee sent her before and after pictures showing that the house was clean and said I was being dishonest about it not being cleaned. I asked for a list of services that were supposed to be done and the before and after pictures and didn’t receive the list or more than 5 before and afters. She then told me it was deep cleaned and based off the pictures it was satisfactory and would not be returning to clean. I also let her know that her employee had turned my ac down to 65 and left it when I had it on 80 since no one was coming or going from the home other than her cleaner. The owner of the business never came by to see the home after it was cleaned and even told my realtor she sent out someone that was not properly trained for the job.
