            I have an issue with this company. Ive been in a maintenance contract with them for 6 years. I get two service calls a year to check my system. The ** in the spring and Heating in the fall. I called in July or August to set up my fall check-up and was given the date of 9/16, my final fall check-up before the renewal date of 10/01/2024. I declined to sign the paperwork to renew the contract. Im owed two check-ups a year and this is my fall check-up on my 2024 contract. I requested that I no longer need a new contract since Im moving. They called to say they would charge me $55 for the service call. I was paying $15/monthly for a yearly total of $180. Im still owed the fall visit on my ****************************************************************************************** As a loyal customer I wouldve expected more from ******************** Air.

            Let me start by saying that I am not comfortable having strangers in my house. However, from time to time, life requires this to happen. Having said this, I have never come across more professional service people in my personal life than the ones you sent to my home to install my HVAC system. To call them professional does not do them justice. They were at my home at 7:30am on the dot, to the minute. They were very courteous, extremely respectful of my home, happy to answer all of my questions ( with knowledgeable answers), all while not talking down to me, and finished a little earlier than anticipated. The equipment they installed was top notch. They took the time to show me everything they installed and what function it serves. Followed up with a thorough job of explaining how the thermostat works, including walking me through installing the app and helping me set it up. When they left, the house was already warming up, and I knew how to use the new system. It took me no time to walk my wife through the app and the use of the thermostat. You have 2 great employees working for you, I hope you know that. I work with many staff members all the time, and it is rare to find a hard-working, dedicated person who represents a business as well as these 2 gentlemen did. Someone who has a high level of technical skill but is also customer oriented is a true asset to any business, but especially one such as yours. My experience was top notch, I have already shared my experience with a couple of dozen coworkers today at a team meeting. I hope it provides you with some additional business in the future.
