Poor cleanup, wood chips and lots of oil spilled all over cul de sac. Owner would not talk to me after they left and had the cash I gave them. They let tree fall unnecessarily hard and it busted the concrete on county property. Crew lied and said it was already like that. I spent 2 hours raking my yard to get wood chips out of grass all over it. Owner said it was my own fault for paying for it and not inspecting. Owner lied to me and said he was coming to look but didnt need to talk with me when I asked for a time frame and then he texted that he wasnt coming would send guys back to clean up and put kitty litter on oil. But then HE CAME but didnt have courtesy to come to my door and talk. ******** saw him and he expressed the poor quality of work by his crew. Owner just laughed. Owner has a poor way of treating customers once he has his money Guys did come back the next day but they didnt want to talk about it or answer any questions I went with them as my neighbor had just used them and they cleaned up so well. She looked at the street and my yard and said it looked like a completely different company had done the work. Neighbors are unhappy about all the oil that was spilled. And the county came and looked at busted concrete and said it needed to be fixed. Wouldnt recommend this company to anyone. **** doesnt treat his customers very well when he wont respond to requests to talk with him. I have it documented on my phone. And poor customer ********************** when he comes and looks in secret and doesnt have the decency to talk with me
