    This experience was one of the worst I've ever experienced. The customer service I've received was traumatic. I was treated like garbage by all staff and left in tears. I was put under local anesthesia THEN told I had to pay $507 up front or else was unable to be seen. I have insurance and definitely knew my insurance covered 80% but let them know I was able to do a financial plan or to pay care credit over phone, due to my mouth being numb I called my mother and put it on speaker for them to do over the phone payment. The nurse on duty at the time (do not have her name at the moment.) Was super rude to my mother and even said "If it was my child she'd have bought her card with her" amongst other disrespectful comments. I and my mother were treated as if we did something wrong when we just wanted me to be treated. Payment was never a problem but when the office refused to treat you and decided to numb you first then ask for money it's scary. I was turned away and then told I was banned. Doctor Wollard even attempted to snatch off my bib. And prior to was unnecessarily rough with my mouth, I left mouth still numb and without treatment. The nurse on duty also walked off with my phone had it on speaker and disrespected my mother in front of other staff. Im just highly disappointed, and left in tears I've never been treated this way.     This is Dr Chad W****** responding. First of all your account of the above referenced matter is inaccurate. I did not see you as a patient today and Dr Ronald W****** is on vacation. Second anyone who is verbally abusive or physically threatens an employee at my practice will be dismissed. Third all patients at our practice are presented with an estimated out of pocket expense prior to any treatment being rendered. Each patient is given a detailed account of what their insurance will cover for the procedure and what the patient is responsible to pay before any treatment is rendered. All patients are given three payment options 1) pay the estimate in full 2) split the payment into two equal payments with half being due the day treatment is initiated and the second half due at completion of the procedure usually 3-6 weeks later and 3) use Care Credit and no payment is required the day of service. All three of these options are always presented and if the patient decides they would not like to have treatment that day they will not be charged any out of pocket expense. Our office does require payment the day a service is rendered and a patient can use any of the three options mentioned previously. I spoke individually with each employee involved in the above referenced interaction and all three gave the exact same account which is completely different from the one referenced above. Two of the employees have been working at our practice for over twenty years and I know they treat every patient at our practice with the utmost respect. I wish you well but I will not tolerate physical or verbal threats toward my staff.
