We had issues with them not being on site during rehearsal and day-of the wedding so we couldnt get any questions answered. The sound system we were told about was a large Bluetooth compatible speaker that they said was charged and turned out wasnt charged at all. They were in the middle of remodeling during our wedding so interior wall and insulation was exposed around the door the wedding party and guests entered through. When asked if a temporary fix could be done, our venue contact said they would ask but we didnt hear anything from them after that. Day of the event there was nothing changed and now there is insulation in several phototos. Landscaping crews were on property as guest arrived at 12:30 and when we asked the venue the day before to move the large tractors so they wouldnt be in the pictures and they told us they would be moved, they were in fact not moved. Bride and groom requested the boat they have on property that they offer for photos and the venue said they would pull it in for them. This never happened. When the bride and groom returned weeks later with the same request to take more photos the venue failed to retrieve it AGAIN. We were told we owed $24 on the table clothes. We were not informed this was after losing all of our refundable deposit because they cost $524 to rent. This was not made clear to us until after a month and a half of waiting for them to get back to us about our deposit they told us we owed and wouldnt get our deposit back. After a month of them not answering the phone and waiting days before responding to texts only to say they would work on it and then another week would go by without any news. Thats when they finally sent us the invoice saying we owed. It felt like after they had been paid 99% of what we owed (because the $24 wasnt paid yet-unbeknownst to us) they were no longer the easy to work with or the well communicated team we had worked with before the wedding.

In response to the customer review left toward **********************: First of all, we had several positive meetings prior to the wedding where all plans were made for the rehearsal and day of the wedding. We had two people on site during the rehearsal, and they also had the manager's phone number, which they called several times with questions, which were all answered. They were told that the sound system would need to remain plugged in during the ceremony, and we have an extension readily available next to the ceremony site. We had to replace the doors prior to their wedding, due to the doors not staying closed because of a water leak. The contractors had problems getting all of their material, so the trim work was not complete. This was on the front door, which is not an area where photographs are generally taken. We have beautiful barn doors in the back for photography purposes. It is untrue that doors were exposed in most of their pictures. They did ask us if they could cover the trim with greenery and/or material, and we told them that it was perfectly fine if they wanted to do this. This was out of our hands. We do not own the building or have a say in the venue repairs. We only manage the weddings and events. We also do not own the land beside our venue, and had no say in the machinery used for haying season. The equipment had flat tires, and the owners had a tough time getting them repaired and moved. We requested multiple times that they be moved, and they did come and move them out of the way of the ceremony. This was done before the day of the ceremony. The equipment was not in the way of pictures. This was also something that was out of our hands. The week of this particular wedding was a rainy week, therefore there was no way to mow without damaging the property. We finally had a break in the rain the morning of the ceremony, so we asked them if we could run the mowers so the ceremony site would look pristine. They said that would be just fine. Actually, it stormed heavily during the ceremony, and the wedding had to hurriedly be moved inside. This is the reason the wedding party was unable to use the boat for pictures, not because it wasn't there. Again, the boat belongs to the owner of the property, so it is not always available. When the couple came back for pictures, they requested the boat if possible. They boat had gotten washed down the bank a ways. We tried to kayak over to it and drag it to shore, but it was stuck in mud and covered in mud, so we were unable to have it for their photo shoot. As far as the complaint about the tablecloths, we are extremely upfront about the cost of them. We DO NOT make a profit from them, but offer to order them from our company. We allow them to pay for them using the amount of deposit they can get back after the wedding. They chose to order a huge amount of tablecloths, which exceeded the $500 deposit amount. I sent them an invoice prior to the wedding with the amount of the deposit, minus the amount of tablecloths. This left a balance of $24 and some change. The actual remaining balance was $29 when the company shipped them out, so I was losing a few dollars, but I didn't press them for any extra money. I didn't even remind them that they hadn't paid for the remaining balance, and wouldn't have pressed the issue. They kept asking for their deposit back, and we were confused, because they were aware that the deposit covered their tablecloths. When we told them that, they got mad and acted like they didn't know that. I can't imagine someone thinking that a load of tablecloths would only cost $24.
