      I have been getting calls from various numbers that lead back to Client Services Inc. If one of us answers, the line is hung up. If I call back, I only get, "Sorry, that is not a valid extension." from every number I call back (recorded the return calls). After two calls, today between 11am and 12pm, I sat down this evening to trace down what was going on. There is NO reason to be calling me as I have Very Good credit and no outstanding debt! There has not been any collection letter sent here, for any reasons. Harassing phone calls are not welcome, nor will they be tolerated. Stop all telephone calls to my number.

      The phone numbers shown, that have caloled me at ************ showed, on an Internet search, that they belonged to Client Services Inc.  Calling them back to see why I was being called, lead nowhere. Is Client Services Inc saying these numbers, shown having called me in the picture of my call log, do not belong to them?

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. The information about these three numbers, on the Internet searches, must be in error, but thankfully, they have abruptly stopped.

      I received several calls today, 11/16/2023, from client services, *************  I answered at 5:15pm and was informed that I owed $728 on my ***** ******* that was delinquent. I advised that this is a lie and hung up. I have never had a ***** card or banked with *****. After seeing all the complaints at the BBB in reference to this company, I believe they are trying to scam people out of their money. Something needs to be done.

Client Services does not report to the credit bureaus. The account has been recalled by the original creditor. Client Services has forwarded ******* ******’s request for the original contract to the original creditor.

      Due to the account no longer being in our office, we recommend that ******* ****** direct any further inquiries or concerns regarding this complaint issue to the original creditor at 1-************.

      9/13/2023 Received a call on my personal cellphone from Client Services INC asking for my wife. I told them I was her husband and asked for the name of the company again since I didn't catch it at the beginning of the call. I was told that the name of the company was Client Services INC, was told they would just call back later and then abruptly was hung up on. I've never heard of this company and I do not wish to continue being contacted by them, especially if they feel like hanging up on me is acceptable when I'm only asking for the name of their company. I'm not sure how they received my personal information to contact me however I do not appreciate the way they handled this today.

      I received a call from a blocked number stating that I was being summoned due to a past due balance. The person gave me "client services" number. I reached out and the representative "*****" stated that I owed $500 to a payday loan place. While on the phone with him, I looked up the amount I actually owe and the phone number I would've needed to call to contact the company. ***** asked me to make a $100 payment and set up a payment plan. I asked for some type of documentation or proof that I was indeed speaking to someone from the agency that had my file. He got angry and did not give me any information. I repeatedly asked for information, something as simple as the company he was working for, how I could further handle the debt etc. He told me that he would not "risk his freedom for my $100." He placed me on hold and I hung up and called the pay day loan company and got the actual phone number for the place my file was sent to. She verified that I did not owe $500 and I was not being summoned. I gave ***** a call back, and he stated that he said $500 because of legal fees and I again asked what company he was from and he proceeded to tell me to hang up the phone
