I've purchased a video game truck package for February 26, 2023. Since January 24th I have called and emailed Game Time Mobile countless times to get a certificate of insurance required by the event venue. The certificate of insurance hasn't been received by the venue nor has my calls or emails been returned. I'm financial responsible for the gaming package but without the certificate of insurance the gaming truck can not be on the venue premises. I want Game Time Mobile to submit the certificate of insurance to the event venue by the requested date.Customer response
